this morning. I went for a walk with my 3 yr old, and ended up being the only one walking. He was on my shoulders most of the way back. Then, I moved an oak bedroom set by myself last night to paint and omg! Everything hurt.

The day after we tilled the garden and got everything planted. I had to run all over the place at work upstairs and down. I was sore.

When I raided a drug house a couple of weeks ago & got the daylights beaten out of me. There were 16 officers all together, and it took four other officers there to peel the guy off of me, but he DID get the best of me, I must say.
I felt it for a good solid week.

Last August when I rode 144 miles on my bicycle in one day. Two weeks later I rode 175 but wasn't as sore. Aleve helps.

OMG after shoulder surgery... my gf made me drive that day from Chicago to Cinn. OH (my sister was getting married) because she was scared to drive in the cities... I was still drugged up. Don't remember much of that trip.
