Usually. I tend to trust and forgive pretty easily. Times when I find forgiveness hard to give is when someone has the same hurtful behaviors over and over again. Then its possible to forgive after I have been able to remove myself from the situation.

No, not at all. I'm stubborn and hold vicious grudges.
The reason being that I try very hard to not do anything malicious to anyone - unless they attack me first.
If someone goes out of their way to hurt me, insult me, steal from me, spread rumors, lie to me, f*ck someone I'm in a relationship,or do anything to my siblings; they can rot in hell.
Minor mistakes followed by apologies are the exception.I'm not perfect. I make mistakes and in the end it's just better to forgive and forget.

It depends, just for the record I'm a Scorpio, so sometimes I do, but if it's really big there's a chance I'll never forgive.

If somebody did something that grow to be incredibly hurtful, it may take a protracted mutually as for me to forgive them. If it grow to be incredibly bothering me after numerous time went by using, i could pray for the guy so i might desire to recover from the numerous anger. saved anger or rage does greater harm to the guy feeling it, so after a mutually as i could might desire to permit it pass... if a threat. although, if the guy grow to be quite sorry, it may be greater convenient to forgive.
