The criteria I use is when staring a question is in whether or not I think my contacts might find a question that I star interesting. I like to star people who ask for stars though. Its fun

I appreciate questions that make me "think" about the answers, questions that actually have some substance to them, that could make a difference in someones life. I've only "starred" one question so far... Other criteria would have to be the sincerity of the individual asking..it annoys me when people get hung up on stupidity.

Usually if I thought the question was funny or interesting. Sometimes if the person asked for one, I like doing that. I love giving out stars, I am a teacher.

I don't usually star questions I don't know why but I have starred a few questions if I think they are a very very good question. A question that really makes a difference.

I star based on 2 things:
the first, if it is a very rare and interesting Q that will evoke interesting replies that I may or may not read.
And of course if I may need the answer for future ref. That adds to knowledge.

i do no longer care some rappers skills that's dumb to choose each and every factor exceptionally concern remember. I provide them a truthful pay attention regardless what they rap approximately and prefer some issues/dislike some issues i do no longer provide them a grade. And being hyped up & sucking are 2 diffent issues. there's some IT songs I do like.
