i didn't stop, i changed condoms and kept going. i came a second time and after that i caught a cramp and my penis hurted. does that mean i should've stopped or that i overworked my penis.

It all depends on where you caught the cramp, and what happened to make your penis hurt.

It is possible for you to (in not so medical terminology) break your penis you know.

Stop after ejaculation? Not really but you should have slowed down on the second time or rested for a few minutes. I think you overworked your penis or pelvic area a bit. You can do hip or waist exercises to keep the area flexible and less prone to cramps. Actually exercise can help build up your sexual stamina. The more you have muscles and lung capacity, the more you can perform. Also I find you very responsible enough to use condoms. I hope others out there follow your example of practicing safe sex.

See desire & ejaculations are two different things though the intensity of desire is satiated after ejaculation for some it still persists and hence they continue the act and the cramps are due to over exhaution. The best thing would be take some rest after the ejaculation drink some orange juice or something nourishious and start the job again this would recoup your strength and you will not get the cramps.

I think you're bragging more than complaining. I've never heard of an overworked penis, but I've answered lots of questions about underworked ones. To answer your question, though, sex is over whenever you want it to be. An ejaculation doesn't mean that you can't have another, although there's usually an interval between the encounters, just to rev up for round two. Good luck!

You should rest after the first time because your body has just spent an enormous amount of energy producing the means for the ejaculation. I know it sounds funny but a man has to stop because you guys will cause yourselves serious pain if you keep going.
