No you can't. You can migrate from the previous gba games to diamond/pearl only one time.

In Diamond and Pearl, there is an option that is unlocked after you beat the Elite 4 that allows you to transfer Pokemon from Ruby/Sapphire/Emerald/FireRed/LeafGreen onto your Diamond/Pearl game.
This is a One Way, no going back option, so your Pokemon are permanently on your D/P game. Also, you are allotted only 6 Pokemon from 1 Game Pack to be transfered per 24 hour period. Any time that you change or alter the time on your DS resets the 24 hour period over again.
Finally, this option is only available for your R/S/E/FR/LG games. Red/Blue/Yellow/Gold/Silver/Crystal still are not allowed to transfer.

No. It's sort of like trying to play Playstation 2 games on a PS1. It would be awesome if you could though
