I can't see 3 megapixel camera phones making much of an inroad verses cameras. Am I wrong? Furthermore if they charge $300- or more I wouldn't touch them. Any thoughts?

I have one actually. The Sony Ericsson K800i. I bought one just so that I wouldn't have to carry around a camera with me all the time, since I noticed that every time I wanted to take a picture of something spontaneous, I couldn't.

So now, after I bought one, it's been quite useful actually. The picture quality is amazing for a camera-phone (and exceptionally beautiful), and for the "average" consumer's picture duty (IE: Detail range, zoom, etc), it's quite adequate.

im also a SE K800i user and i'm tellin you..you better grab one right now,you can easily buy a 2GB memory card and 4GN is also available now,it plays mp3 remarkably and an amazing 3.2 camera that works great even in the darkest places even at night time wherever...it is so worth the money and it's not as expensive as the laggy Nokia models that don't only hang up often they also cost you a lot

you can also buy this accesory sony DR-bt21g a Bluetooth headset compatible with almost all bluetooth handsets and bluetooth devices and streams your MP3s with realy high quality just like wired headphones they're so cool, check them out and you'll never regret buying them...^_^
