I've notice that everyone says its personality that counts in a person and not their looks. Heck, some folks even say there is no such thing as an "unattractive person". Do you think people are being a little bit ridiculous? No matter how "nice" people want to be you can't deny that there are people out there who aren't at the least bit attractive. Looks aren’t everything but I find it thickheaded for people to completely ignore the fact that not everyone is attractive.

I hope I don’t sound mean, and I don’t want to offend anyone..its just I think it’s foolish for people to deny others as being ugly. I’m not insecure and find myself confident in my looks; I was just wondering why people are arrogant to this? What are your opinions about this? Do you think its wrong to deny someone as unattractive and think that everyone is beautiful on the OUTSIDE? (and, yes I know everyone is beautiful on the inside!)

By saying "everyone" is beautiful in the inside I mean that even if their not the most attractive person in the world, they (if a decent person) are beautiful on the inside.

What makes you think everyone is beautiful on the inside? The adage that "to understand all is to forgive all"--even if it were perfectly true--would not mean that the deranged or those who choose evil are inwardly beautiful.
So yes, whether you consider only appearance, only personality, only character (not the same thing as personality), or two or three of those elements, there are most certainly unattractive people. It is foolish to claim otherwise.
I don't understand your opening boldfaced question, and will therefore not try to answer it.

Unattractive is one thing, ugly is something else. Ugly comes from inside and can over time transform even the most beautiful face into a hideous permanently scowling thing. Our moms were right in a way when they told us not to make faces, our faces will get stuck that way. The most dominant emotions are etched into your face.

Personally I find many people hideous that society has hailed as hot. Like Pamela Anderson's fake breasts just look like deformities to me. People to me look a lot worse with make-up than without. And of course the drawn on eyebrow and bold lip liner thing just makes me want to hurl.

There is nothing wrong with not finding people attractive in my opinion. I admit there are very few people in the world I've actually I've ever considered attractive myself.

I can't say this goes for everyone, but I believe that people are attracted to those people that "fit" them,(if you will) and I mean that when they choose someone, it is a "combo deal", with looks wrapped up in the package as well!
