I live in ILLINOIS and i was wondering what sort of stores garters (for prom) are availible at.

For a sexy garter you can try Victoria's Secret or Frederick's of Hollywood. I do not know if they have expanded it to there but you can order online. Also you can probably try any lingerie store that has had some publicity. :) good luck and have a great time at prom

Your best bet would be to look at bridal shops, which DO sell garters with wedding dress sets; maybe they'll have a few single ones to sell.
Break out the phonebook...and get your fingers a dialing!!

hallmark has cheap ones but they're still gorgeous
