Mistress means you are a kept women by a married man, Concubine is Asia and I think that you are one of many and your duties range from tea time, dancing, to sleeping with men and maybe a sex slave. Harlot means that someone that you slept with didn't like your wears, or someones wife or girl friend found out about you, Prostitutes are independent contractors that gets paid by the act also know as a street walker. Call girls are usually prostitutes before they hit the street, usually well groomed and can be taken out to impress in public and to enjoy in private Julia Roberts in Pretty Women combined the best of a prostitute and call girl, but this is very rare. ***** and **** are words men used for women when they are mad at them.
Some get paid for sex, and others get calls names for having sex

Not much. They are ALL labels that degrade women and keep them from thinking too much of themselves.
Mistress is the other woman. Concubine is a slave. Harlot is a "dirty" woman who enjoys exibiting her body, possibly for money. Prostitutes are women who get paid. A call girl is a woman who is payed a lot more than the regular working girl. A ***** is also a woman along the lines of a harlot or a prostitute but basically someone who gets paid for sex. A **** is just a woman who has "too much" sex, and doesn't get paid.
You wouldn't think it was correct to call a man by any of these names but men have historically been our real sluts and whores. Too bad we can't find anything worse that bastard, ******* or motherfucker to name them.

Cobba! First off, it's unlikely you have ever spent much or any time in the company of women who might best be labelled thus.. If you had you would know that the greatest difference is not in the word but the woman.
Why not ask what the difference is between the following?
Magnatricity - Monetious - Wackaloon - Brimbly and Krypondicular

mistress - your 'next' to wife, 'wife'? (like your second wife - not legally, but in other respects, and quite important to you - you have a house for her)
Concubine - another wife, but less important than the first wife - I think it might only refer to the wives of royalty or empirors? (because other second wives are just called 'second wife'). King Solomon (Old Testament, Bible) had several hundred, I think. I think in general you can have a lot of them. They are often princesses themselves or from important families, or neighbouring countries' royalty.\
harlot - old-fashioned word for prostitute. It may have just been a derogatory word for a prostitute rather than necessarily meaning 'prostitute'.
call-girl - what prostitutes like to call themselves sometimes because it sounds better - but essentially the same - except that they have regular 'clients' whereas not all prostitutes also have regular clients.
***** - derogatory word still used today, literally 'prostitute', but more commonly used to refer to a sexually promiscuous girl/women, or to one who has an affair.
**** - same as *****, but hardly ever used to mean literally 'prostitute' - a less 'bad'/offensive word.

Is there any difference in the words you list, no, they are all derogatory adjectives used to describe a woman and the things she does, when, men, have been doing the same things these words describe for years and there are no handles on them. God Bless.

That is easy. Some of those words are far more insulting than are others. Right? That was after all the point You were trying to make, wasn't it?

Quite a lot. To disagree would mean the same as saying that a horse is the same as a motorboat. Or that a skateboard is the same as a Bentley.
