To help sooth away aching back muscle. Those can be adjusted to suite your style. And plain ordinary tooth brushes (non-battery operated) are not so hard on your teeth.
Or buy one that is not so hard on your sensitive teeth.

its the vibration that knocks off the fussy stuffy easily. Its not too hard, but if you find it painful you may need to check your dentist or orthodont.

i enjoy vibrating toothbrushes...they are supposed to do more magic for cleansing your teeth...why did you buy one if you didnt know the purpose of it?
