Watching an O-Zone music video always helps me when thoughts about my old boyfriend begin to occur again. The lead singer is really cute even though they don't sing in English.
Talking to my friends usually lightens me up too they give me some hope.
I'm usually very good at making myself happy in the dark times. I don't know what it is, i guess I'm an optimist. =)

Happy... I don't really know about that, but Avril Lavigne, Simple Plan, Green Day, Three Days Grace, Linkin Park and other good bands and artists will always make me feel better.
