Try a criss cross directory. there are a few on line but the best is Cole's Criss Cross. You can find one at any Library that has a research dept. You look up the address and it will give you all the residents and phone numbers.

As I recall, when I worked in the builiding, there is no directory available to the public.
The new owners of the building are VERY strict.

You can use yellow or white pages.com do an address search. That is the easiest way I know.
