Are you talking about a cesarean section? That's a surgury where you carry the baby to term, and then the doctors make a surgical incision and remove the baby that way, instead of you going into labor and having contractions.

Most doctors won't just do one, though. There has to be a good reason, such as a complication, baby's presentation, or previous cesareans.

Or are you talking about a surrogate mother? That is where they remove an egg from your body, and obtain sperm from your husband, fertilize the egg in a lab, and then implant the embryo into another woman's uterus. She carries the baby and gives birth to it, but it is your child.

Are you asking if another woman can have your baby? I don't think this is possible. No surgery can make it so someone else delivers your baby. It grows in your body and comes from your body.

After becoming pregnant, you cannot remove the baby from your uterus and "implant" it into another woman's body so she can deliver it for you.

However, some women are willing to have a baby for another woman. This is called adoption. You are the "birth mother" that delivers the baby and then you give your child to the couple to raise.

Or are you asking if someone can assist at the delivery of the baby? Yes, if you are having a normal delivery. Every doctor or midwife is different but they will let the father help out with some stuff.

But no for a c-section. It's major surgery and a sterile environment.

You can have your eggs harvested and implanted in another woman so that she can get pregnant with a baby that's technically yours. That's called a surrogate mother. But once you're pregnant the baby cannot be removed from your uterus and placed into someone else's because the placenta wouldn't be able to reattatch to someone else artificially, even if placed in another woman's womb. The baby's food supply would be cut off and he or she would die.

I know they do it on prize horses alot. They artificcially inseminate the good horse, and once the embryo has developed, they flush the horse out and transfer the embryo into a surrogate, who carries the foal to term and delivers it. It allows the good horse to be breed more and without risking it's life.

I don't know if it's offered for people, but it would be expensive.

If you are talking about a surrogate, they doctors would fertilize your egg with your husband's sperm, and implant them into another woman to carry and give birth. This would be if you are physically unable to carry the child yourself. It could also be your egg and someone else's sperm, or your husband's sperm and someone else's egg, depending on what the problem is. You wouldn't ever be pregnant.

No, you have to have it yourself. I recommend getting a doctor to help you deliver it. Best of luck!
