Absolutely! I do some research before traveling. I like to educate myself on a place's history so that I know what to look for when I get there and gain a greater appreciation for it.

Yes. I love to read the plaques and look at all the spots. I love the feeling I get when I know that something of great importance happened right here. It helps ground me in the problems I face today knowing that people as average as I am overcome so much more.
