Yes he would look years younger but, Bill's selling points have never been focused on his appearance. More so on his diplomacy and his speaking skills, which are top notch.

Yes die his hair and fix bags under his eyes he look very younger and Bill be chase by pretty girls.But thats a no-no to his lovely wife Hillary.

Because some people accept the aging process as a natural part of life.
They are comfortable in their own skin, self-assured and don't give a darn what other people think about them or the wrinkles on their face or bags under their eyes.
As a woman of a certain age myself, I can tell you that I LOVE my face - wrinkles and all. My life is written there and it is a wonderful one.
Not everyone buys into the "youth" thingie that so many seem obsesses with.

He aged making America a richer country. The stock market went up 7,000 points while he was president - the most under any president ever. We ran increasing large budget surpluses his last 3 years. We would probably all be millionaires if he could have had 8 more years.
What kind of person worries about the bags under a guy's eyes?

Because that's where he hides his condoms so hillery won't find them! She never looks him (or anyone else) straight in the eyes, so what better place to hide them? (She don't ever get close enough to sniff his little richard, either, but he's glad of that, too.)

most men aren't that vain,we tend to accept the aging process. being president ages people,compare any pic of when they took office to when they left office. it makes me wonder why people spend 100 million on a $400,000 a year job. it has its perks i guess
