Why do Democrats:
-Never give credence to opposing views
-Always assume they are the superior mind
-Always consider their opinion as the final word
-Always look for a way to insult the opposing party
-Always claim they are "open minded" to all views, when they are clearly NOT!

Is this not the definition of insanity?

This isn't ALL liberals, but considering the majority of the media is liberal, liberals are more likely to think everyone thinks like them.

The "View" is supposed to represent a spectrum of opinions & Viewpoints, but Elisabeth Hasselbeck is the only conservative on the show. And many liberals are trying to boot her off.

On Sitcoms, reasonable people are democrats & the jerks are Republicans.

And research has show repeatedly how the mainstream news is staffed by mostly liberals. They may TRY to be unbiased, but when everyone around them thinks like them, they can's stay as biased as they want to think they are.

So, naturally, Democrats think everyone thinks like them, except for the ignorant bafoons.

BTW
Some conservatives
-Never give credence to opposing views
-Always assume they are the superior mind
-Always consider their opinion as the final word
-Always look for a way to insult the opposing party
-Always claim they are "open minded" to all views, when they are clearly NOT!

So there is some 'insanity' on both sides of the fence.

Liberalism is definitly an illness. They do seem to have an ill founded superiority complex, which gives them a condescending tone and is why they viciously attack any challenge to their views. This happens even after their ideas are proven to be wrong, they still stubbornly want their way anyway. The name calling is simply used when they don't have a legitimate response, which is why you see it so often.

I can't speak for other Democrats, but I'm that way because everyone else IS an ignorant buffoon. Take yourself as an example: you asked a loaded question, designed to elicit certain responses. You used offensive terms like "ignorant," "buffoon" (which you mispelled), and "insanity," flaunting your contempt for Democrats. Yet you have stereotyped roughly half the U.S. population on seven different points, none of which are remotely credible, and your definition of insanity is vague at best. You could never be a Democrat, but you might make it as a buffoon. Keep practicing!

Oh, the Democrats don't have the corner on that frame of mind, my friend. Republicans do the very same thing. So don't throw those stones. . .

HA! Go back and read some of Tom Delay's quotes about Democrats. He was hellbent on totally destroying the party and anyone who opposed the Republicans. Your post is very hypocritical to say the least.

You could substitute Republican for Democrat and the statements would apply as well. If that weren't true, you wouldn't have called it insanity.

Pfffftt. That's just common liberal dogma. And yes, it is insanity. It's their all important "Self image". They can't see or hear anything beyond their pointy noses, pursed lips and puckered @ssholes..

From one moderate Independent to whatever you call yourself - I see all the things you listed more from the Repubs than the Dems. WAY more, at least in this forum. Your very question puts you squarely in those crosshairs. Pot meet kettle.

Pretty sure you are speaking of Republicans there since you just basically listed what it does in the dictionary to be Conservative. So yes the conservatives are ignorant bafoons.

All the same arguments could be made of cons.
This is not constructive. It is petty whining.
