Actually they have quite a few predators and not just introduced.
Scrub pythons, carpet pythons , wedge tail eagles, dingoes, feral cats, foxes etc.

Its not that they don't like to eat koala bears its just that koala bears live on top of trees and have a very tight grip on the branches to prevent them from falling. This has nothing to do with the eucalyptus leaves though its poisonous.

Koalas taste terrible, apparently, because of the eucalyptus leaves they eat, so they were only eaten by Aborigines if they could not find anything else. Also, there are no tree climbing predators in Australia.

First of all Koalas are marsupials-they are not bears so it is techincally wrong to refer to them as koala bears.
Koalas are only found in Australia and they did not have many natural predators until pests such as foxes were introduced by white settlers more than 200 years ago. Given half the chance a fox will take a koala but since koalas spend most of their time up the tress, they are usually pretty safe from predators.

Just did a quick search, dogs will eat the meat, man will hunt the fur.
And maybe they're just too cute.
