i know that for dilute acid such as HCl, you write as H+ and Cl- and after that just delete the spectator ions. but is that the same for concentrated HCl/H2SO4/HNO3 ?

Yes, concentration has nothing to do with ionization, as long as there is some water for the ionization to occur.
