I've read everywhere that it should ease after the 1st trimester and come back around the 3rd

Well it did for me but it came back with a vengence in the third trimester. In general the second trimester was by far the best one for me. I had energy and was never sick. The first and third were HELLACIOUS

My thoughts exactly (a few months ago). It NEVER went away for me. Actually, it got worse & has been ever since. I am now 38+ weeks along & get up EVERY hour on the hour. It's not easy getting out of bed either, I've got to physically lift my belly when I roll over, egh. I'm carrying a boy & he's always been LOW, very low. He dropped at 28+ weeks....You might have the same deal. I guess he's cozy right where he is. I can't wait to have him in my arms & to sleep on my stomach! Good Luck!

Yep, you have been lied to! I peed all the time, while pregnant. Especially, in the 3rd trimester when my baby was sitting right on top of my bladder. LOL! Oh, boy and it gets worse... sometimes you can even pee yourself if you don't get to the bathroom in time. I hate to be the barrer of bad news... I hope it doesn't happen to you.

My sister just had her first baby in August and she was peeing ALL THE TIME. And my friend is 30 weeks now, she still pees a lot. Whoever said that is a liar! Don't worry, it's totally normal! Good Luck!

I have had to pee a lot since i first got pregnant. I am 23 weeks now and still have to go pee a lot. And it only gets worse the further you are into your pregnancy!

Yeah someone lied to you. It gets worse and worse. The last few weeks I was going 4 times a night. The day after I had my daughter I realized I hadn't gone once the night before, and it was 9am and I hadn't gone yet. I was so relieved.

lol yeah and my morning sickness is gone too. NOT! Ohhhhhhh and it is only in the morning, YEAH RIGHT

You are probably drinking a lot more, which you should be, therefore you pee more. Also pregnancy in general, how the uterus is sitting blah, blah, blah.

Sorry that's just the way it goes sometimes.

15 weeks.

Im sorry someone lied to you but you will have urinary frequency till you have your baby and it gets worse the bigger you get especially when the baby starts laying on your bladder.

Well, I only get up 3 times a night now instead of 5...so for me that's improvement! But I really do miss getting a solid nights sleep.

Me too! I can never be more than a couple of minutes from a bathroom all through pregnancy! I'm at 36 weeks with my third and wet my pants once with each pregnancy.
