It's a song about a woman who gets everything she ever wanted all the time without giving back, but it is still not too late for her to change. The backwards stuff is just nonsense.

Check out this site, just click on any song on the list, and they are not doctored, because when I was younger and heard a lot of these played backward on vinyl.
I heard this part from "Stairway to Heaven" played backward from the original record.

Some of them were on purpose from the artist, but a few were not on purpose. I think you will be able to tell which were deliberate and which were not.

Lyrics that were written in about 30 minutes or so, pretty much just off the cuff writing.
NOTHING happens playing it backwards except some wierd sounding backwards music. That's it. Never has been anything, never will be.

It actually doesn't have a specific meaning, there was a lot of " expreimental" things going on when that song was written. ya know DRUGS, its a great jam tho!! as far as backwarda, i haven't ever heard it backwards so not sure!

Rumor has it that if you spin the record backwards, it says "here's to my sweet satan" when I was a kid I tried it, but yeah, it's nonsense.
