You can try warming it up, but you can also just give it time.
Wean down 1 nursing session at a time until she isn't nursing anymore.
Milk is not imperative, offer other sources of dairy, such as whole fat yogurt and full fat cheeses. At first she may not drink milk, but keep offering it to her in a cup. I would NOT go the bottle route at this point.
Lastly, you can try the straw sippy cups, my ped said breastfed babies take better to straws than those that took a bottle all the time.

You'll have to take it slow. Does your child drink juice or water from a sippy cup? Start there, the kid will think of the cup as a cheat if you just try milk. Once your daughter is drinking water and juice without issue, then drop one nursing session. I found that making the nightime nursing session the second or third to last was the best. Trying to drop it last was awful. Dropping it while the child could still nurse during the day was easier for the baby to take. I would offer a cup of water before the baby would want to nurse and then get myself busy so that I looked unavailable (dishes and laundry worked well). The kids eventually got used to the cow's milk, but some just won't. I would try to avoid adding any flavors or it will be that much harder to get your daughter to drink white milk later. Don't expect weaning to take any less than 3-4 months. If the baby feels like you are trying to wean her, you will have a fight on your hands. Try to get her interested in other things and make drinking out of the cup while she plays a lot more fun than sitting still and nursing. My boys weaned themselves down to one feeding a day or less around 15 months do I just dropped it and they didn't even seem to care. Best wishes, and good luck.

i think it will be really stressful on the baby and you if you try to make her quit "cold turkey" start by reducing the nursing time and how many times a day you do it , also don't give up on the sippy cup ,my daughter would not take the hard tipped ones she likes the soft spout,by the way the night feedings should be the last to go(i think). this is going to be something you and your child have to both work at , well good luck
