was it?, it sure seems like it was, the Great White Shark from the JAWS movies was so big, much bigger than todays White Sharks, do you people think the movies were inspired by the extinct Giant Shark?

Nobody knows how big great whites can get
they have checked some carcasses of whales and so much was eaten in such a short time
only enormous sharks could have done that
this was off the coast of natal in south Africa.

It was inspired by a Charchadon Carnavis (a great white). The Charchadon Megalodon Grew from 50 to 100 feet and was the largest fleash eating shark ever, Some shark biolagests think it might not be extinct and may just live in very deep water.
