What if being overly-humourous is one of his responsibilities?
And assuming hes the ultimate master of time and space one would suspect he wouldn't have any strict responsobilities as he can just blink back in time and fix whatever he screwed up before it happened...

The religious flock to philosophy. An interesting choice.
The humour of figment of society's imagination? It would be interesting to know who holds the gods accountable for their lack of responsibility.
Delusions having responsibility. We certainly are an entertaining species.

nope, because its among his responsibility to see that we have a good laugh at our life with our stupid mistakes (as a result of his sense of humor i suppose) at some times in our lives... besides, i doubt if he ever fails his responsibility over some matters...
