I am a half-Mexican Republican, and I have a problem with our government. Nobody enforces the laws we have, and our lawmakers want to give amnesty to 12 million illegal immigrants. Where's the sense in that? If 12 million illegal immigrants were coming over from CANADA, I would have a problem with it. With this policy, the terrorist cells among these illegals won't be found until they commit an act of terror!
It just does not make any sense!

I'm one of those people everyone hates neither Republican or Deomocrat I go for the best canadate because I feel both parties lean to far both ways. I live in NM which has alot of illegals. I've been to Mexicos poorest communities and I know if I lived there in a cardboard box I would do whatever it took to come here. If you want to keep people in Mexico then why don't the USA help to make there lives livable, we help every other country but turn a blind eye to Mexico.Would you just sit there and watch your children starve?

You are mistaken in your assumption. I am a white-bread Democrat and I have a problem with illegal immigrants.

I don't know where you are getting this from but I have an awful lot of Chinese American friends who came here legally that are mad as hell that America is considering letting the illegals stay. It is unfair to the people who are going through the pain, time, effort, expense and frustration of trying to gain access legally.

"Support for the House approach [enforcement only] was widespread, with 81 percent of Republicans, 72 percent of independents, 57 percent of Democrats, and 53 percent of Hispanics saying it was good or very good idea."
That's a solid majority of even Democrats. Sorry, your premise doesn't hold water.
