Well it depends, if you mean pain like when you get runover i think you don't feel alive. Probly more dead than alive. But if you mean pain from like your first time yea it makes me feel free. violated but in a good way i wouldn't call it pain just guilty pleasure

Its something in pain that triggers the self defense thing in the body,gets andrenalin,blood running.Makes you pissed off,lash out,fight back without the logic thought process kicking in.I think pain digs deep into the primitive survival instinct that we all have that makes us want to live more.
