thats just the way life goes.......... i mean if you are talking about someone and you can't remeber there name you can relate them to an incident they were involved in ......... like "you know the guy that did drugs" etc........ it sucks but that's the way the cookie crumbles...........

Some people are very narrow minded. They prefer to judge people by what they do rather than who they are. Not knowing if this was a criminal act or just a social faux pas, I can't give you a definitive answer. What I can say is this. If they judge you harshly, based on your past, perhaps you don't really need to be around them. There are people in life whom I call TOXIC PEOPLE. These are the people who boost themselves by making you look bad. This also includes those who would turn their backs on you based on your past. It's insane and it hurts. I don't know what good people think hanging onto something like that will do. Usually....No, never did anyone any good whatsoever. Maybe it's time to distance yourself from this person (or persons). Maybe that's not the answer you were looking for. But, advice is worth exactly what you pay for it. You never have to take advice, but it doesn't hurt to consider it.

For example we are suffering extreme energy crisis now, because the drugged out hippy generation shut down most of our nuclear power is that far to our future children?? I was taught to set a good example-- not to commit every sin in the good book!!!!!!!

I am only 29 years old. I have no idea what you are talking about. I think you could be referring to racism? Maybe I am wrong. But if that is what you are referring to, there are consequences and repercussions to almost everything done in the past.

I think it depends on the person. One of my closest friends was a hitman and a drug dealer before I was born. People change and sometimes other people have problems accepting that but there are always other people in the world who don't know what you've done.

Just cause someone die something in the past, the time doesn't erase the deed. If you raped someone 40 years ago, you're still a rapist, not a rapist 40 years ago.

Because you are the same person as you were 30 yrs ago, only older.
For example child predators will always be predators no matter how long ago it happened.
