I have this new idea and want to sell it but dont know how to start and who to go to. please give me advice.
and how do i find out if my idea already exist in other states or not.

To see if anyone else has done it, Google it. To learn about starting a new business, there are lots of books on "kitchen-table" businesses. "Kitchen-table" refers to the types of businesses started by people with a great idea who began small and grew as they could. Good luck and don't give up!

Contact a Patton office, check you phone book for directory
or ask at you local post office.
They can give you all the information you need.
It is expensive.
