What you are most likely feeling is the weight and pressure of the baby. These feelings and cramps can hide the actual early signs of labor. And ultimately, birth will be soon (but hopefully not too soon). The cramping should go away when you sit down and rest. If it is rythmic, increases or doesn't change when you change positions, or there is any spotting, call the doc. Otherwise, take it as a cue to sit down and rest a little. The end is near, good luck

No it's not to soon to be feeling that. The baby is just shifting. The pressure you feel is the baby setting in the uterus. I wouldn't worry about the cramping unless it becomes constant, or painful. Those are signs of labor. But otherwise, you could just be experiencing braxton hicks. Your doctor should have discussed those with you being so far into your pregnancy. But remember, you can always call a nurse or your doctor and ask about these things. They will go over your symptoms and help you to feel more comfortable. Good luck, and Congrats!!!!!!!!

Could be that you're doing/going for walks an excessive amount of? I am 37 weeks as good. I get cramps right here and there. Just the opposite day I began to believe sharp affliction, it is extra like tight strain within the pelvic field. I've concluded that it is from me going for walks an excessive amount of that day considering my loved ones and I took a go back and forth to LegoLand. After a protracted and comfy relaxation the whole lot went again to average. I get an disenchanted belly most effective whilst I do not devour ample or have not eaten whatever but. So I attempt to drink water/juice or devour meals/snacks every time I can even if I am now not hungry. My final health practitioner discuss with she informed me I was once already dilated at 1cm. The tight strain I felt the opposite day made me believe like probably I'm at 2cm already, however I may not recognize for certain till my subsequent Dr. discuss with to be able to be the next day to come. I nonetheless believe I acquired a protracted technique to pass earlier than I pass into Labor although I most effective have 21 extra days till my due date!

If you are 8 months pregnant , you are about 32 weeks, most of the babies, are considered full term by week 36, and your baby is probably about 5 pounds already, i am 39 weeks pregnant and i have been feeling the same way since i was 7 months, but i am still waiting, no signs of labor yet, every pregnancy its different, so don't worry about the cramping feeling, just make sure you baby is healthy when you go to you doctor's appointment.
and good luck to you.
