Everybody has given you good advice. I would just clarify that the Methanol in WW fluid /is/ anti-freeze. That's what it's there for. It's not a question of whether you want to call it anti-freeze or not. If you want to use it in some other system, there might be some system where straight washer fluid would work great, but your engine is not that system.

In general, it's not a good choice, and you certainly couldn't dilute it. It's already too dilute and does a poor job of preventing freezing of the washer fluid.

Methanol is a hazardous air pollutant, and it's highly regulated, so it's a bit odd that we're still using it in washer fluid. As a result they don't use enough.

No I dont believe that would be an option when in doubt. You can interchange certain fluids such as using transmission fluid insteadof brake fluid if you happen to be in a pinch but te antifreeze is specifically used for temperature control and the windshield washing fluid is made from water vinegar and a nother solvent but i do not recommend that. If u need windshield wipers or they have froze and it is down you can take a few cigarettes and crumple them up and wipe them in a circular motion across your windshield and it manages to make it possible to see and you can make it to ur destination.

NO NO, False False..find other friends to talk to. Windshield wiper fluid has alcohol as antifeeze and would boil in a cooling system. Has no lubricant or anti rust additives..This is just to name a few.
DO NOT DO THIS!!

Back in the 1920's they used alochol for antifreeze and the cast iron engine blocks rusted out. Multi metals used in todays engine would last only months if you were to put washer fluid in it and expect it to work.
