we don't live in america and have not heard of sanjaya over here(i had to recearch to c who that was,so that name won't even come into the picture)

I think that the name sounds like Sanjaya from American Idol. I don't like him.

I think it's beautiful. I am Hindi and Veda is a Hindi name. Hindu is more of a religion then a culture though.
