sometimes its sm=nowing with it should be sunny raining when it should be sunny cold i when should be hot what is the globa nation weather forcast doing anymore they dont get anything right

Today it could be snowing since the jet stream is coming down to the South. Depending on your elevation, the freezing level is you determining factor, the snow level is 1000 feet below the actual freezing level.
