First the person must recognize that they made a mistake to apologize. If they are the kind of person that dosn't make mistakes...?

I don't know, but I don't see the freakin big deal...my friend seems to apologize over spilled milk but won't apologize for something more serious. What the heck?

because most of them don't use all three decision making tools they only use their favorite then wonder why they chose wrong...
1. emotion -what does my emotional state say about what i should do?..
2. past experience- what happened last time ?
3. logic.. what your brain would think about this if you could get your emotions to shut up for a few seconds?
no matter how uncomfortable
2 out of 3 to win ...the one that disagrees let that one serve as a guide to what pit falls your are going to have to dodge to succeed ..

Pride gets in the way. Some people just cannot or will not admit that they are wrong. I guess some people think it is a sign of weakness but actually it is a sign of strength to be able to admit when you are wrong.

sense of pride & dignity...espeacially women...they will not accept their mistakes and even if they do..not totally..
