Keep them busy with travel games, healthy non sugar snacks, even singing can be fun. Be creative. Oh and always keep a throw up kit or two in the back for them. This consists of the following:
Paper towels about 6 dry
3 grocery store plastic handle bag, make it a triple bag
med sized zippy bag, dampen a few paper towels and zip them in there.
So they have something to puke in, something to clean up with and wet towels for them.
Kinda gross but you won't regret having them available......

Have a pleasant trip.
Start ahead of time conditioning all concerned about behavior on the trip.
Have the older children help with the younger children playing games and just being nice keeping the tots occupied.
Be aware of all restrooms that are handy and pass the word.
Pack one or two of your carry on in plastic so you can locate things. Take a couple empty plastic bags for things that get wet or soiled.
Take plenty of small surprises for the tots. Lolly Pops are great. Snacks for all are also great. You can only use snacks while traveling as they are not allow in the park --- water is. Make sure to carry plenty of water at all times. Stock up on the flight. At the park the water fountains are cold and very pleasant water so refill your water bottles often.
Rent strollers at the park, the tots will get very tired and strollers are worth the investment. Plan what you want to do at the Park each day.
You got it made. You really only have two young children. The others can help.
Give each child a note book to write things they saw and did.
Cameras are fine but they don't keep kids busy.
Play games like what color will the rented car be ? Games are great to pass the time waiting for planes and so forth.
Have a great adventure ---- 5 kids super great.
Mom, Dad have fun.

I always packed snacks, drinks and I made each child a goody bag. The small ones color books, dollar store toys, tapes for them to listen to on a Walkman (all we had in those days lol) You could take handheld games, DVDs if you have a DVD player for the car. Anything to keep them happy and I would give them something about every 100 miles. The older ones should be easy with handheld games and CD players or ipods. We did try to travel as early as possible so they might sleep some of the time. Good luck

Disney rents strollers at all of their parks - so use their strollers - they have them that seat 2 also. That way all the sticky ice cream etc. won't ruin your stroller or you can leave it behind at home to save room in the car. You also won't have to worry when you leave it at a train station or monorail, in case it gets moved or is missing.
They have lots of stuff for the little ones to do - you may have to split up some times though to entertain the teenagers. Check out the Disney schedules on the web for times of parades, night time fire works, etc. to work around naptimes.
If you're going soon - for summer - take lots of sunscreen, hats & a rain poncho.

If your bringing a stroller bring as much water as you can and a bag full of snacks.Prices for drinks and snack are criminal in the park try to save as much on the little things as possible. If you don't bring your own stroller they rent them there. But make sure you have one for the little ones including the 4 year old.

if u r taking plane, inform the airline earlier that u want a bassinet seat so that ur 2 yr old kid can sleep there (if u did not get a seat for him/her). 2nd thing, before the flight take off, make milk or drink (in the bottle) as there will be pressure on their ears as they may not be able to do wat we adults do. 3rd thing is to bring their fav toy to make them occupied during the journey there..so dun worry that much, but becareful some kids may throw out, so u also need to prepare...& also dun forget to bring extra clothes to change in the plane juz incase they throw out..
going to disney ? i'm sure they have lots of games for the children..try the merry go round especially..
also, again, bring xtra clothes, wet tissues & snacks..best is to also bring a pram as they may get tired of walking & so that u dun end up carrying them !

I even have 2 boys, twins, 13 months previous. we've purely travelled with them as quickly as - for the holiday trips. the rationalization it has purely been as quickly as is via the fact i don't experience it enriches their lives, as you pronounced, till they a stable deal older. i do no longer think of I had an hindrances, yet an argument is the sheer quantity of stuff you have. We had to hold their motor vehicle seats. I prevented strollers because of the fact we use the infant vendors besides - that facilitates. My kin return and forth conduct did no longer incredibly substitute. My husband and that i nevertheless return and forth for artwork, pass to acquaintances, etc. No, we don't plan holiday trips with them in techniques because of the fact they are nevertheless too youthful. toughest area grow to be occurring the airplane with them. It hurts their ears, they cry. One piece of advice I even have - get them their own seat!! i do no longer think of long distance return and forth earlier age 4 is properly worth it.
