Any good auto upholstery shop, or boat canvas shop can make these for you. Most likely a furniture upholstery shop could too..

look for a local sailmaker in your area and check with them. your local marina should also have info on local marine type upolstery shops/canvas shops. if not check with any auto upolstry shop.
