Boy was I wrong about the ending of the sopranos, it looks like they are holding true to form.
Tony could still be that middle class salesman form the mid-west and all this could be what he sees in his mind as the result of alztimers

Dr. Melfi was unethical a long time ago when she told Elliot that Tony was her patient. What Elliott did (revealing that Tony was her patient to all their psychiatrist friends) was about 100x more unethical. For one thing, it breaks the doctor-patient trust, but it also put Dr. Melfi's life in a great deal of danger...

Loose lips sink ships. Of course, it's Paulie's loose lips that will sink the big ships.

And Melfi ending Tony's therapy was unethical, but I think she'll have a change of heart and realize that she was being unreasonable with Tony during their last exchange.

No. She should have seen Tony through until the end instead of dismissing him the way she did and referring him to another doctor. Even though Tony is a criminal, it was still wrong. And the episode was really good!
