I agree with HJ, the worst lovers are the ones that don't respect their partners, not giving, and who don't treat them as equals which are in every country regardless of race or ethnicity. There are some worst French lovers too.

Not sure why the French would be considered the best.... the ones I've met have been arrogant.... and that is a real turn-off
The worst would be those from countries where they don't respect women as people, but think of them as property....

I've always found that the way people are when they're fully clothed and vertical is an excellent indicator of how they are naked and horizontal.
If they are rude, arrogant and self-center when fully clothed, naked is not going to improve them.

I would imagine people from central Africa because so many of them have aids.

i understand that a study was done and indian men have an average penis length of 3inches, lol! i would go with a country where women are not equal to men and the sex is mainly about the man taking care of his business.
