Cows do not sweat. They are much like dogs in that they can only releive heat by panting or breathing. Or seeking a cooler spot. However some breeds can tolerate the heat better than others. Back in the beginning of our country the cows that the Spanish brought over here originated in Africa and when turned loose in the swealtering heat of the South and Coastal area they thrived. Their progeny became the famous Texas Longhorn Steers. They were hearty beasts for sure. On the other hand cattle that can here from Britain and France and even Germany did quite well in the Northern States but could not handle the South and Southwest. Brahma Bulls were brought here from India because they tolerate the heat quite well.

Yes they do. They don't pant like dogs or open their mouths like crock to release heat. So sweat is the most logical answer to me.

yes. mammary glands are modified sweat glands. from someone who has had a milk bleb during breastfeeding ( plugged milk duct that gets backed up) and hand expressed what was incredibly salty "milk". I believe it.

No. Unless you count their wet noses. They can only relieve their body heat by breathing harder or standing in cool water.
