k so around how much am i talking about and are the results good?

a size 350cc to 475cc, is a pretty good size. depending on how much breast tissue you have will determine the cup size you will gain after the implants. working in the surgical field, I have prefered the incision in the belly-button, areolar, is also good. Having the incision done i the underarms (axillary) does not give you such a natural look due to the implants being placed too far apart from each other

Well firstly which way are you going? A boob job could be an augmentation or a reduction FYI :)

Make sure you do a LOT of research, no matter which way you go. See at least three plastic surgeons. Look at their before and after pictures. Find out what others experiences were with the surgery and find out what they liked and did not like.

its good to do a lot of shopping for some reason most my friends back in the 90's got boob jobs seen one of my friends take a doc to court cause her nipples were not right and she paid 5 grand for them I have seen ones for 2 grand look great. it's not how much they cost its the doc and going to a place that you have seen actual results on peoples boobs and remember every 10 years they have to be redone it's like they are a car tires I know this cause all my friends that had them done sometimes wish they didn't just think it threw .

if you do get your boobs done you have to turn off your air bags in your car. even tho they do save your life..they don't save your boobs. they go bang and pop! sorry.
