When they permanently have their turn signal on, but especially when they ride my @ss or cut me off when I have my baby in the car.

When they put on the turn signal right on the corner when the green light gets on. Point being, turn signal at last moment =P

A couple of things actually...
not signaling, tailgating, being oblivious to others around you.
You have to drive defensively if you want better chances of staying safe.

everything. how they're not paying attention. how they don't seem to have control of the car. how I have to remind them it's a red light. how they hit all the pot holes.
lol-I'm a total backseat driver. it's terrible. I know.

How they don't look around. Just hop in, fire it up and back out, and then maybe turn their head. I can't count how many times I've dodged them in my car, on foot, or on a cycle. And they always have the same lame excuse. "I didn't see you."

When they beep the horn as soon as the light turns green !! Hell; they could walk faster then drive with that much Adrenalin !!!!!!

too slow, don't know the rules of the road, brake happy, two footed, leaves thier blinker on for miles....the list goes on and on
