I have heard this question before but Cher looks great for her age, Ellen DeGeneres does and there are quite a few others....it's not true of all white women, just like all black women don't age gracefully.

I think a lot of it is simply sun damage. The paler the skin, the more damage you get from the sun. And way too many white women think tans are flattering, so they sunbathe constantly, ruining their skin. Some (okay, lots) of the women I see in Palm Springs are nicely tanned, but their skin looks like leather. Why plastic surgery's so big - just societal pressure, I think. Women really start to believe looking young (therefore pretty!) is all that matters. Pretty foolish.

Whatever.. I am 23 and people think I am 13-15 years old ALL the time.. its rather annoying, I get carded everywhere, I can never go into a bar without getting asked for ID, I have even had people refuse to sell me a lighter! You are making a broad generalisation and it is completely untrue.

i heard the fair(er) the skin the most likely it is to age more quickly, other factors such as smoking and drinking can ruin the elastic in ALL people's skin but it wrecks havoc on light skin
tanning constantly can also speed up the aging of the skiin i have white friends since i was 21 and i have watched them age dramatically because they drank alot (partying not sitting at home drinking) and tanned.....we are now 25 and im the only one who looks the same.....
there are white chicks in there 50s even 60s that look incredible because they took care of themselves
no offense but there is a better way that you could have asked that question

I've seen some white women that looked younger than what they were.
However its just genetics. People with more fair procelin skin (european descent) wil age faster than someone with darker pigmentation (african/black). It has to do with melanin pigmentation in your skin. The more you have the slower you age.
Also someone with darker skin has more "natural sunscreen" than someone who has a more fair complection, add on tanning, sunbathing, smoking, and drinking which will only speed up aging process.
Although people with darker skin more often than not age slower factors like smoking drinking, drugs can also speed up aging process for them.
Yusef fergie looks that old and bad b/c of drug use. I believe she used crystal meth.

"the biggest culprits being the exposure to sunlight, as it is one of the most aging factors around."
white women cannot handle as much sun exposure...
(from experience) The sun causes more damage the lighter you are:
Your skin starts to age and wrinkle when your skin cells are dying off faster than what your body can replace them and the connective tissue undergoes changes that affect the mass of interlocking fibers.
The link below explains this:

Once again, you are making a broad generalization. There are exceptions to the rule and I know several of them.
I am 43, but people think that I am in my early 30's. My grandmother looked like she and my mother were sisters, even when Grandma was over 40.

That's not always true, it depends on their lifestyle. Even though people with more melanin in their skin don't show as much aging because you can't see as well.
