recently, me and other people i know have been getting odd calls from numbers like "666-666-6666" or "000-000-0000". When anwsered it's a strange robot voice. I can't make out excatly what they're saying. They have called me, the house, my brother, my father, and my brother's friend. What or Who is this?

The numbers you have described are from an automated service trying to make unsolicited sales calls (which, if you are on the No-Call List, should not be happening). These companies purposely list/use the numbers 000-000-0000 all the way up to the 9's (999-999-9999). They are bogus numbers so they cannot be traced.

When someone (yourself, your Father, etc.) picks up the phone, and automated voice (voice of a robot) comes on which is garbled and usually will disconnect after a few seconds. While these calls can be bothersome and annoying, please do not let them upset you.

Have a lovely rest of the evening.

It is someone that is playing a practical joke on you.... Next time you see that number don't answer and make sure that you tell the any operator that you are getting these calls and ask them to check it out I am sure that when they do these calls will stop.......................................

Sounds like the Men in Black. Have you seen any strange events lately (ufos, monsters)? Read the Mothman Prophecies by John Keel.

My guess would be just some kids playing pranks. But stay careful because it might not be. (though I'm not rightly sure who would seriously do that)
