This is actually really simple. Power steering fluid doesnt need to be bled, whats in the resivour circulates throughout the power steering rack. Go to a pharmacy and buy a seringe, or if you have a turkey baster, simply suck all the fluid out, fill it with new fluid to the top, then turn the wheel lock-to-lock half a dozen times or so, drain and repeat, until the fluid is completely clear.

You cant flush it or bleed it, its a closed system.

The way to flush the p/s system is to disconnect the return line from the pump and connect a container full of new fluid to the return port of the pump. Do not remove the p/s reservoir cap at anytime while doing this procedure. Run the return line to an empty container. Start the engine and turn the wheels stop to stop a few times. Dont let the new fluid container run out or you'll get air in the system. Once the fluid coming out of the return line is clean, stop the engine and reconnect the return line.

you do not really need a flush machine to change the fluid in p/s system. I am a mechanic and do not have one. if the car is really in need of one we get a few bottles of fluid out and open. We remove the return line to the resevoir and plug the hole so it will still hold fluid. Extend the return hose to a bucket and have someone start the car. as the fluid comes out continue to fill the resevoir. when the fluid comes out clean the flush is complete reattatch the hose and top ff the system. and clean any mess. that's it cheap and simple.
