Can someone help me write a one act comdey that takes place in a trainstation? There are 5 guy characters?

One way to do this is to get 5 friends to help you out. Ask each of them to take a character but not tell you or the others who the character is. For example, one may be a man escaping from the law, another may be someone who's going to see his girlfriend after a long time, etc.

Then let them just sit around and talk as if they are strangers meeting on the train (or you could play a couple of them being friends already). You'll get some good ideas for the play.

Ultimately, though, there is no substitute to just applying seat of pants to chair and writing.
