If he were eligible to run, I believe they would draft him at the convention! He is doing to Venezuelans what the Kennedys would like to do to the USA!
Joe Kennedy and Jesse Jackson have both come out in favor of Chavez and Jimmy Carter certified Chavez's election that he stole from the people of Venezuela.

No more so that the Saudi princes would have a shot at the Republican nomination (after all torture and imprisonment without trial is something they are good at too).
Do you really know this little about our systems and institutions that you are incapable of understanding this. Or are you being deliberately dishonest.
Name one policy that Chavez and Democrats have in common?

At least he would keep the oil as public property (rather than selling out to ExxonMobil) for the country he represents just as he's doing in Venezuela. No, the Dems wouldn't nominate anyone not connected to the big corporations.

Lets see republicans have talked about lifting the birth requirement so Arnold could run. Bush will sign the legislation allowing him to come here.Nope he'd be a fool not to run as a republican. And don't forget it was the democrats who cut the number from 400,000 to 200,000 making it more difficult for him to come here. Lastly both are oil men.

Frankly, I'd say that he would stand a good chance as
I've seen so many liberals that have become anti-
American over this war and George W. Bush. I'm
actually afraid that Democrats just might vote in a
Muslim or even Chavez (if he was running).

No. I see what the guys is doing and don't disagree with everything. He takes things a little to far sometimes. But he pretty much doesnt like the USA, so yeah, he would not have a shot. Dumb question since he wasn't born here.

No.
Democrats support civil rights and freedom of speech. Chavez doesn't. He's got more in common with Bush in that regard.
