I'm not sure what you mean. They are both great places to visit.

One difference -- football has become more difficult to enter. That's because there are 22 positions with all-pros trying to get in, and a maximum of seven players are picked in a given year. A great many players seem to get left out of football.

Baseball relies a little more on a statistical standard, and often is hit or miss. People tend to know a Hall of Famer in baseball right away, while it's tough to know what the standard is in football. John Elway? Yup. Dwight Stephenson, former Dolphins center? Good question.

In baseball and football, the HOF is reserved for the greats. In basketball, basically anybody who has a few good years gets in.
