Contact a small animal clinic associated with one of the veterinary colleges in or near your state. I don't know if they are contact lenses or permanently installed lenses or if this was even a program that flew (may be too expensive).
The average vet probably wouldn't know and it would be too costly for most clients. So long as someone is available to care for the dog, they can get by on poor vision. My brother's dog was completely blind for 5 years.

well they do but insurance doesnt cover it so you might end up paying like a coupla thousand dollars....
