We can increase the magnetic force by either by increasing the current or by increasing the no. of turns.

Magnetic coercivity is proportional to current through the coils. Considering Ohm's law I=v/r , you can see that while R is constant, you can change V (voltage). Small increases in voltage through the same windings will increase force.
