1) Junkie. The stereotype of a filthy, depraved, toothpick is not the de facto standard. In reality, addiction does not discriminate. Addicts, both using and in recovery, exist everywhere from park bench to Park Avenue. I may have been one hell of a wild child, but I was never stereotypical gutter trash.
2) Insane. There have been periods in my life that I was "not suitable for prime time." Still, once that determination gets slapped upon a person, the stigma remains on their "permanent record." Mental illness tags last for life, and the stereotype of all mentally ill as being little more than straight-jacketed droolers is just plain insulting.
3) Arrogant. Mixed bag, actually. I share what I know from the standpoints of my firsthand life experiences, education, deliberate independent research, and others' randomly inspired inquiries. Life, in all its offbeat glory, fascinates me. If I offer TMI, sue me for being thorough. If I deliver it in a way that any individual finds unacceptable, they have my blessing (sometimes my urging) to walk away. Detractors don't phase me, nor am I here for a popularity contest. ;oD
4) Elitist. Not really. See #3. I've simply resolved to not waste my time with outright idiots, liars, rude-nicks, fascists, zealots, or the decidedly ignorant/closed-minded. I can hang with ease in just about any setting and can go from overalls to opera house without batting an eye. It's all good.
(Awesome question, Billy Boy. Wish I could star it twice!)

i guess i dont exactly know the name tag., but i am over say...35, smart, have a great life, and live in a small city that i didn't grow up in, but everyone else hear was born and raised in this town. i am not a chit chatty person so many other woman may think i am distant when i really am not, only uncomfortable in that situation, and not able to keep up with the nonsense chat. so i am probably looked at as distant and stuck up by women. men i seem to relate to better.

Slobby, Fat person who eats only junk food.
1. I rarely eat out, or eat junk food
2. I take care of myself
3. And my weight gain was because of a medication
Oh, and smarty pants or teachers pet.
I may be smart, but I do not brag or anything. Plus, the more help you get and questions you ask, the better the student you are. The only dumb questions are the ones you do not ask!

People I work with think I'm prissy and straitlaced. I think because I try to maintain a professional persona at work. But really I'm kind of silly and sarcastic.
