Of course love is worth it. And don't worry about your situation - with maturity, things work out better and you make better choices.

What is your M.O. for love. Maybe you're looking at the person who loves you in the wrong light. As humans we are naturally attracted to what appeals to our natural eye. But if we used the eyes of the heart we will find true love. A man can be tall, goodlooking (remember beauty is in the eyes of the beholder) and dress well. Another guy could be so so, not so tall, works on the back of a garbage truck for example. (Ain't nothing wrong with that, he's bringing home the bacon, just make sure you wash it (smile) Anyway. . . . If you have the choice between tall, goodlooking and dressing well but treats you like a red headed step child he keeps in the basement or a not so tall, so so man that works up a sweat all day but when he gets home treats you like a queen that you are. Very patient and attentive. Who would you choose. Child, give me a dirty little man with a good heart. Change your way of looking at people. Don't be so shallow. Give real love a chance, you might just discover it was there all the time. Stop looking at the champagne and give cool aide a chance. Look Out!
Peace and Love

Yes love is worth it, but you have to find that person that deserves your love. It sounds like you are fairly young and you don't understand what real love is, its not how a person looks or their status but actually how they treat you and make you feel, love is caring about someone else's happiness more than your own and love is not just physical but its emotional and spiritual. I used to go after all the athletic types with the perfect build, pretty eyes and beautiful face but that was when I was young and didnt know any better. My best friends mom sat me down one day and told me that I always pick the guys that didn't treat me well and she told me she said, Pegi get with someone that likes you and she was right, I got someone that liked me which turned into love and I promise you I have never been happier in my life, he treats me like a queen and I want for nothing....thats why I have time to be on yahoo answers because I don't work. I love my life and I thank God for the man that loves me and I am proud to call him my husband. He may not be the best looking man to some women and he even jokes about his looks but to me he is the Finest man in the world, he is my Andy Garcia/Denzel Washington/Brad Pitt, take your pick and I love him and wouldn't trade him for the world. Don't give up on love it will come in due time just prepare yourself for it and don't let anyone disrespect you or mistreat you because they don't deserve you. Good luck :)

Of course it is,it brings much happiness, and as you grow up you will be more wiser as the days go by and people go though your life.
Its chemistry really, what attracts you to someone, how you get on etc.
You cant marry a guy if you don't love them ,it just wont work out and you will be unhappy.
It will break his heart when you tell him and it will be painful for you to tell him,but it has to be done.
Same happened to me many years ago,i adored this girl, loved her as well, but she broke it off,and cried in the process, and i even give her a cuddle after she told me,it depends on your man if he is understanding enough.
As i walked away for the last time i too cried, but after i thought it over i thought the same as you"no good if i love her and she doesn't love me".
So experience teaches you the emotions no matter how painful it is to deal with those emotions.
I hope this helps.
Good luck and happiness will be there for you in the end.

Maybe you send wrong signals to guys. Be yourself and you will see the difference right away.
Love is a very strong word and you are too little to understand the meaning of it.
Concentrate on your studies and career instead.
Good Luck.

Maybe you are looking for different things in those people but it depends on what kind of guy you prefer. Look into your heart and search your actions and ask yourself if the people you prefer are detrimental to you or not. If the answer is no, keep looking until you find someone that loves you back.

Without love and acceptance, we feel sad and lonely.
Of course love is totally worth it!
The problem is when we make bad choices, and then we have to pay the price for them...
Good luck!

it's just a part of life.. it's hard, but it's something we all have to deal with. we can't feel hopeless for the rest of our life though. you have to learn to move forward & remember what doesn't kill you, only makes you stronger. you'll find someone who loves & cares about you (: don't give up & stay positive. it just takes time & the day you find that special someone, it will all be worth it. stay strong & keep that head up [=

This isn't love, this is something else...fear of lonliness, infatuation, idealizing someone, etc.
Real love will evolve when you're loved back. After you grow up you'll understand more.
