It's definitely possible some people eat 3500 calories per meal and 5 meals a day while training and that is well over 15 pounds in three weeks.

Don't exercise at all and eat about 10 pints of ice creme a day. Also, eat those shortbread fingers and take weight gain powder. Drink whole milk and eat fried eggs over pork chops. (This might be just a little bad for your heart's health though)

if she wants to gain that much weight that quickly, she better be consulting with a doctor or dietician. that's not a safe thing to do on your own.

On the other hand...eat Mexican food, Italian food, and cheeseburgers and fries. Dairy products are fattening too.

why would you want to gain that much so quickly, it's not healthy if you want a healthy way to gain wait contact a dietitian (sp?)who will be able to regulate the fat content in every meal that you ingest. and you will be able to do it healthy so that your cholestrol levels don't sky rocket and have to be put on blood pressure medication becuase that will also sky rocket.
